Climategate gets a new name from cap-and-trade’s author Boxer

In a major meltdown within the global warming community, emails were leaked before the up coming U.N. global warming summit in Copenhagen, rebuking the fact that climate change is nothing more than a hoax used to gin up political bases. That’s not the way Senator Barbara Boxer-D CA sees it; “You call it ‘Climate gate’; I call it ‘E-mail-theft-gate.”

Not exactly as catchy as climate gate, but nevertheless telling with how Senator Boxer feels about purported global warming pact. Boxer said she would like to see the e-mail hackers punished for their shenanigans and did not bother questioning the science behind the e-mails. “I’m looking at these e-mails that, even though they were stolen, are now out in the public.”

The e-mails in question were hacked from scientists at the University of East Anglia, England’s equivalent to NASA and know has disputed the facts contained in the emails. “Several thousand scientists have come to the conclusion that climate change is happening. I don’t think that’s anything that is, quite frankly, among most people, in dispute anymore,” said White House press secretary Robert Gibbs.

However, the unearthed e-mails quickly gave Republicans new hope in the battle to fight Senator Boxer’s prized cap and trade legislation.

Drafts of the technical documents and photos were discovered that could spark major debates in the world of science and administrations that are promoting economic policy based on the results of that scientific theory. For those who remain leery about whether the globe is actually warming or cooling, these documents could shed negative light within the scientific community. Keep reading

Global warming skeptics seize emails that cast doubt on climate change

Global warming skeptics were quick to pillage through emails after hackers broke into the server of a prominent British university that researches climate change.

The hackers were successful in obtaining emails that allegedly prove global warming is overstated and human influence on the environment is overstated.

Documents within the hacked email include discussion among researchers whether current trends could be disputed by skeptics and how to best combat those arguments.

San Diego slams California’s Cap and Trade AB32

San Diego patriots seek to repeal California’s cap and trade AB32 and patriots stormed the harbor in large numbers to show the country that as California goes, so goes the nation. California’s version of cap and trade AB32 passed three years ago and has strangled the economy and added to the state’s deficits.

As California’s bread basket sinks further into a dust bowl, citizens from the San Diego area came out in large numbers to show support for the farmers who are losing it all.

“Fourth-generation farmers are on the verge of bankruptcy,” said Dawn Wildman, Southern California Tax Revolt Coalition founder. “Not only is this government trying to put our farmers out of business in the name of the environment, but they are trying to push us towards global governance.” Keep reading

How we are making a difference.

Yesterday Governor Schwarzenegger asked President Obama for immediate relief from the water catastrophe.

I guess he felt the heat of the crowd on the Capitol steps.

Or perhaps he realized what the government is doing to the families of central California.

Or maybe it was the sound of the horns.

Whatever it was, we are not going to quit, we are going to win.

Keep up the good work everyone.  Your efforts are being noticed.

The Little Tea Party That Could and DID…Dawn Wildman

In a joint effort by Tea Party Patriots and Southern California Tax Revolt Coalition’s Dawn Wildman and Sarah Bond, 20,000 citizens gathered in Sacramento for a wonderful display of First Amendment rights, on August 28, 2009. The Tea Party rally was to inform citizens on the continued eco-tyrannical regulations that plague

California. AB 32, California’s answer to Cap and Trade, known as the Global Warming Climate Change bill  which was passed three years ago in our fine state. We now understand the ramifications of such stringent eco- regulations on citizens and small business. A study recently released by three University of California at Sacramento Business Professors, shows us that when fully implemented beginning at the end of 2009 AB 32 will cost California 1.1 million jobs to an already job starved state.

We also brought attention to the plight of our San Joaquin and Central Valley farmers who have been isolated and decimated by the EPA and the state when they shut down the water to these “man made” drought ridden areas. Our farmer produce 25 % of our Nations food and when you cripple the bread basket you cripple all of

America. Piadad Ayala from one of the water coalitions spoke eloquently on how the farmers don’t want charity as Senator Feinstein believes, they want to work their fields which now stand fallow. They want to produce some of the finest products

California and the Nation see, such as almonds, oranges, avocados and rice. Senator Feinstein’s answer to their cries to turn the water back on was to tell them she would make sure the Food Pantries had plenty of food to dole out to the families of these hard working farmers.

With California’s unemployment rate of 11.9 %, one of the highest in the Nation, we are destined to see our state desolate as more people and businesses flee to better business climates in states such as Nevada and Utah. There is a solution though, AB 118. This Bill is authored by  Assemblyman Dan Logue of the 3rd District, who has had the courage to do what others fear, stand up to the governmental bureaucracy and say NO! AB 118 would repeal AB 32 and allow our state to resume creating jobs for our unemployed. It will allow businesses the ability to strengthen and increase payrolls, allow construction to continue without the overwhelming taxation and restriction it now has on its shoulders. It will allow our recreation vehicle industry in the state to begin again and allow our manufacturers to see once again see the business climate in

California as one of “Can Do”, rather than “Can Not”!

San Diego’s own Mason Weaver was an enormous hit and when he spoke the crowd cheered and asked for more. He had the audience engulfed in a spirited call for Americans to stand strong against the representatives that would enslave us all! Congressman Tom McClintock spoke about the virtues of the citizenry of

California and made us all proud at to see him as a product of what works in this state. There were many that spoke about the AB 32 scientific fallacy and the lies that government wishes to perpetuate to sell us these harmful pieces of legislation. In the end all of us felt rejuvenated and empowered to see such a large, educated populace really engaging in the process. Sarah and I were immensely proud to see such a large contingency from

San Diego represent us so well. Citizens arrived on buses, trains, and planes to be a part of something so important to

California. We have seen our legislators turn our state into a dust bowl, literally, and now we demand that they do what is right or pack up their offices. The next elections of 2010 will be the reckoning day for so many and the time of true liberation for all in

California.

In the mean time we battle on and with each Tea Party we gain strength and promise of real liberty.

Cap-and-trade is moving forward in the Senate Boxer says

In a joint statement from Democrat Senators Barbara Boxer-CA and John Kerry-MA, the Senate version of cap-and-trade legislation will be moving forward in late September.

The bill proposed by the Senators claims to create millions of clean energy jobs, reduce dependence on foreign oil and ensure America’s place in a clean energy economy.

Adversaries of the bill say the legislation is nothing more than a giant tax increase on the American taxpayer and without global participation with India and China, all the clean energy would be for not.

The delay in cap-and-trade discussions came from the intensive work taking place with the health care issue that has engulfed the nation, according to the Senators.

Majority Leader Senator Harry Reid-D NV, “agreed to provide some additional time to work on the final details of our bill, and to reach out to colleagues and important stakeholders,” Boxer said.

“We have told the Majority Leader that our goal is to introduce our bill later in September,” Boxer finished.
